MAMMOTH LAKES, Calif. — Actor Haley Joel Osment, recognized for his roles in iconic films like “The Sixth Sense” and “A.I.,” has been charged with public intoxication and possession of cocaine following his arrest at a ski resort earlier this month.

The Mono County District Attorney’s office confirmed that the charges were announced on Thursday. The 37-year-old Osment was taken into custody on April 8 at Mammoth Mountain ski resort under suspicion of public intoxication. District Attorney David Anderson disclosed the details in a recent news release. Osment is scheduled for arraignment on July 7.
