ARKHAUS distinguishes itself from typical boat experiences by utilizing advanced stabilization techniques, employing spuds rather than conventional anchoring. According to Sam Payrovi, a spokesperson for ARKHAUS, “It’s a very hospitality forward experience.”
A Unique Floating Venue
The ARKHAUS fleet consists of two 50-foot vessels, with plans for two more to join shortly. Each vessel is equipped with:
- Two fully functional kitchens
- Two vibrant bars
- 22 seating areas for guests to enjoy
The environment promotes mingling among members and visitors, offering themed events termed “yacht socials.” Payrovi mentions, “It’s really a social club of very cool people and ideas who are coming together.”
Work and Play
Guests are encouraged to book time on the vessels for work or relaxation. A recent visitor shared, “Working hard and hardly working, because to be able to come out here for a few hours, Wi-Fi is great, and the view is gorgeous.” Reservations can be made for $75 for a two-hour session, combining productivity with leisure.
Culinary Experiences
In the evenings, ARKHAUS hosts exclusive dining events, featuring partnerships with renowned Miami restaurants. The first dinner series is in collaboration with Sereia, showcasing gourmet dishes prepared by acclaimed chefs. One dish highlighted is scallops cured with kombu, elegantly plated with a tomato caper purée and Osetra caviar, bringing an exquisite touch to the dining experience. “The price range is about $300 to $500 per seat,” Payrovi explained.
Feedback from guests has been overwhelmingly positive, with one stating, “I could die happy eating this,” highlighting the exceptional quality of the meals served.
