One thing that runs through the hearts of many Sofroians is the world-famous food truck. Their specialty is stuffing their egg rolls with crazy flavors like red velvet and honey chicken.
Deco caught up on the deliciousness of wheeling in Miami Gardens, known as the spot where egg rolls speak louder than words.
Christopher Brown: “Yeah! Wow! She’s going to do the egg roll dance for you!
There’s a dance when you see the world-famous truck pull up. Because that’s exactly how an egg rolls.
Christopher Brown: “Once you take the first bite, most people just loosen up. You get all kinds of excited people. They go out and show some love, eat some good food, and have a lot of fun.” I’m here.”
The wait for Chef Chris Brown’s dishes could be a long time. But don’t worry, he’s ready to grab the mic and entertain.
Christopher Brown: “The quality of the food is so high that the entertainment is a must. It’s like being on a Harry Potter attraction. Sometimes the line for me can be an hour or two long. People keep waiting, but when it finally arrives, they’re so excited. There’s nothing better than seeing someone take their first bite.”
A sweet and savory dish perfect for the holiday season.
CHRISTOPHER BROWN: “With fried honey maple chicken, I make a special red waffle. When you mix them together, it creates a salty taste and a sweet taste. Drizzle with a vanilla glaze and sprinkle with a few green sugar crystals. Then I add maple syrup. You really have to try it to understand.”

Clermond Erisme: “Sweet and delicious. It explodes the moment you put it in your mouth. Once you taste it, you realize it’s not the same as what you were eating before. Honestly, just talking about this right now… I’m hungry. Now, take a bite.”

Christopher Brown: “We cut them on the diagonal and just show them, open the face. They’re loaded with egg rolls. The recipe calls for the best ingredients, the best Angus, the best of everything. All of this puts me in a mental state like Chef Ramsay on steroids and just killing it in the kitchen.”

Christopher Brown: “Oh, yeah, you can’t eat it like a taco. It’s not a taco. You just bite straight into it, kill it, and just dip it in the sauce. Not soak it.”
