New York’s Tribeca Festival, known for its films, is held in conjunction with Art Basel. It’s a four-day event starting Wednesday night at the Bandshell in Miami Beach. We promise to fill you with music, movies, and drugs.
Beach’s “Tribeca” resonates and feels their mission to bring a unique sound.
Tribeca Director Carla Cusumano: “We’re expanding beyond just film. This is about integrating into the art world, showcasing our great programs in the music space, and creating something a little bit more… It was a great opportunity to do something different.”

With love in their hearts, they take turns serving as DJs and kick off the festival.

The screening of “Birdcage” conveys the atmosphere of the movie.

Olga Dantelli: “I think I was still in Brazil when I saw that movie, so it was my dream to get to know Miami Beach.”
To commemorate the 28th anniversary of the movie’s release, the queens of “The Palace South Beach” appear!
Missy Meyaki LePage, Queen of the Palace: “I’m so excited to be on the show and to see the rest of the cast perform and people enjoy us. And I’m so excited to bring the Palace with me. Let’s go! You know, to show them what we are.”
And they aim to combine drag and film.
