Lily Rose Depp And Nicholas Hoult Star In Remake Of 1922

Snowmen, candy canes, mistletoe. These are probably related to Christmas.

But Santa isn’t the only one coming to town this year. An ancient evil vampire is trying to steal the box office!

The deco is Gothic with the cast of “Nosferatu”.

Lily-Rose Depp (as Ellen Hatter): “The dreams grow darker. Does evil come from within us or from beyond?”

Something evil is coming our way.

Please pay attention to it. In “Nosferatu,” Lily-Rose Depp and Nicholas Hoult are possessed and pursued by a terrifying vampire.

Willem Dafoe (Professor Albin Eberhard von Franz): “His desire is to devour all life on Earth.”

The film is a remake of the 1922 classic horror film of the same name.

But it’s not just about starting over. The cast said that this version of “Nosferatu”…

Nicholas Hoult: “Hypnosis?”

Lily-Rose Depp: “Well, hypnosis is good. “Oh…”

Nicholas Hoult: “Nervous? Scary?”

Lily-Rose Depp: “It’s too easy to scare people.”

Nicholas Hoult: “Enchanted?”

Lily-Rose Depp: “It’s good to be enchanted.”

Nicholas Hoult: “Is that a word?”

Lily-Rose Depp: “I think so.”

Or as director Robert Eggers would say.

Robert Eggers: “Scary, Gothic, Romantic. We needed to tell the story through the eyes of the female protagonist, through Lily-Rose Depp’s character.”

There are two parts of romance. We are a husband and wife duo, Lily and Nicholas. But there is also the evil Count Orlok’s constant obsession with her.

Lily-Rose Depp: “In a way, it feels like a real nightmare coming true.”

Nightmare puts it lightly. But it was that dark, unknown element that really attracted Willem Dafoe to play the scientist in this film.

Willem Dafoe: “I’m interested in the invisible. I’m interested in what lies beyond this world, what was before this world as we know it. there is.”

These characters go through the wringer, and questions arise. How does the cast decompress and relax after filming a super tense scene?

Lily-Rose Depp: “I love cooking. It’s like a great stress reliever for me. I go home and chop onions.”

Nicholas Hoult: “Chop an onion?! How do you thaw it?”

Lily-Rose Depp: “Okay, let’s make some stew.”

Nicholas Hoult: I think I’ll take an Epsom salt bath. Don’t think, “I’m going to chop the onions.”

Willem Dafoe (Professor Albin Eberhard von Franz): “We’re encountering an immortal plague carrier here. Nosferatu.”
