“So, on behalf of the Miami Dolphins and Action Roofing, I would like to extend my congratulations,” said Nat Moore of the Miami Dolphins Foundation. “I’m going to start repairing the roof.”

The Dolphins, in partnership with the Trayvon Martin Foundation, selected Davis to receive a free new roof from Action Roofing Services, Inc., valued at an estimated $20,000.

“I had a hard time sleeping last night. I knew we were going to be able to bless this young woman and her children with this roof that they’ve been needing for over a few months,” said Alvin Daniels of Action Roofing Services. speaks. “And for Action Roofing, that’s something we’re looking forward to.”

“It’s special to see this today and be a part of this, especially when you see how much it’s needed and how grateful the people who will receive it are,” Moore said. spoke.

Davis, a mother of two, faces significant health challenges. She has spent at least one week in the hospital every month since February.

“They allowed me to come out for this, which is a real blessing,” Davis said. “I can’t wait to come back and tell you what happened. I really appreciate everyone.”

Despite the hardships, Davis remains resilient as her family’s home is in dire need of repairs. My daughter’s ceiling caved in due to a roof leak.

“The roof has caved in twice,” Davis said. “Every time it rains, the rain pours into the house. I was told that the roof was muddy.”

With a new roof ready to be installed, Davis expressed gratitude as it was one less thing to worry about as medical bills continued to mount.

“It’s such a blessing. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders at this point. Thank you, thank you, everyone,” she said.

Installation of a new roof will take one to two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
