Frito-Lay, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, has initiated a recall of a small number of Tostitos tortilla chips over concerns related to undeclared milk in the product. This action affects approximately 1,300 bags of Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips.
Details of the Recall
The recalled tortilla chips may inadvertently contain nacho cheese-flavored chips, which include milk as an ingredient. Frito-Lay emphasized that individuals with allergies or severe sensitivities to milk could face serious health risks if they consume these products.
Thus far, the company has reported no allergic reactions linked to this issue.

The bags in question were distributed to select retailers across 13 states, including:

- Indiana

- North Carolina
- Ohio
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Virginia
- West Virginia
Consumers may have purchased these products starting March 7, with all affected bags labeled with a “guaranteed fresh” date of May 20.
