Bso: Elderly Man Reported Missing In Lake Lauderdale Found Safe

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. (WSVN) – Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit have located a 70-year-old man who was previously reported missing at Lauderdale Lakes.

A missing person alert was issued after Estifene LeBlanc was last seen around 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, near the 3600 block of 40th Street NW.

LeBlanc is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red, yellow and white hooded sweatshirt and black pants. Leblanc also suffers from dementia, according to his family.

Investigators say Estifen LeBlanc was found safely in Oakland Park and has been reunited with his family.
