MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (WSVN) – Hard Rock Stadium will be in town all weekend as hip-hop’s biggest party celebrates 10 years in Miami.
Miami-Dade County’s loudest weekend is back at Hard Rock Stadium. Rolling Loud brings rap and hip-hop’s hottest artists to Miami Gardens. The music festival begins Friday and runs through Sunday.
Before the gates opened, staff could be seen working on several different stages and a Ferris wheel to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the annual event that was born in the Magic City.
On Friday afternoon, hundreds of vibrant festival-goers could be seen heading to the festival.
Travis Scott, Future and Playboi Carti will headline the three-day festival.
Matt Zinler, CEO and co-founder of Rolling Loud, told 7News that the 10th anniversary will feature a one-of-a-kind lineup of performers and surprise guests.
“Travis is great for us. He’s creating some great work for this event, so don’t miss it,” he said. “This year we have a unique special guest. Carti has something in store for us.”
To make this year’s festival the biggest yet, Zingler said Travis Scott might have a big surprise during Saturday’s set.
“There’s some footage of the actual concert as well. We’re not going to completely leak it yet,” Zingler said.
